I have been used platina for past nine months. The experience I felt is below, sorry bajaj! its is worst experience with platina.
1) the only benefit, it is a handy bike can be use in city traffic and villages.
2) about services, I don’t know other bajaj service station but my service station is poor even they say free service I paid 800 for last two service and 500 for first service( including oil price 300) .
3) about mileage, new condition it gave 90km now its only 60km, within 6 months. Dropped 30km show room advertisement says 100, showroom people says about 80 but both are fake.
4) I observed black smoke within 7 months. Now starting also problem started.
5) it cannot be used in highways because it is a weightless bike if other heavy vehicles passes we slightly pushes away it is a terrible experience.
6) still some other brake issues but its enough.
recommend you to dont buy this bike.
