I am riding my Platina for the last 5 months. It is good..........Mileage around 75 KM/Lit. in dense city traffic and 80-85 for long Highway riding in Chennai.My friend is getting still higher up to 90Km/lit in City Traffic.The Pick up is very good and the best of its equalents.Damn the petrol Bunks on some of them I literally got just 55 KMs........just 70% of average mileage..
Pl. advice me to do anything in this regard......... and I am advice the complaints about low mileage you people better check the Culprits i.e. the petrol dealers......I think the officers of the Petrol companies nothing to-do with this except filling their pockets..........I am not feeling good with ride control as solo but for twins it is good. It is getting sweep due to low weight on high speeds like 70 and above.I hope the vehicle is Trouble free...........as it is so young I cannot determine.
Also obviously you need not have a switch on your thumb ( which required for STAR_CITY) Just a smooth press (not kick) of the kicker!!! It will start in the cold winter morning.
The head lamps are very good and make the night travels in cith out-skirts and urbans plesent .The Shock absorbers are nice for a 2 hours non stop in rural terrain ride.I am strongly recommend this is the best vehicle of the best Brand……….Best Choice for you
