I am from jaipur and I want to buy an bike for my personal use. so I goes to an retail two-wheeler showroom and then told them to show me some bikes. they shows me many bikes and tell me all features of them. and after that I have decided to purchase bajaj platina 125 cc bike. they told me about the features of bike like this bike has 5 gears and top speed of bike is upto 95 kmph. its battery maintenance is low and fuel tank capacity is 13 ltr and reserve capacity is upto 2.5 ltrs. top mileage on highway is upto 95 kmpl and average mileage on all type roads in upto 80 kmpl. it a. lso has electrical start and pass light most important thing is price of bike is only 42000 ex-showroom and 46500 on-road price in jaipur. so after all this, I have purchased this bike and do payment in cash. and after this I have came to home with bike. after one month, I have noticed that bike’s chainset was getting some errors and wheels grip on road was very weak and tyres got sliped when I tried to stop bike instantly and it’s battery doesn’t working properly. and for battery problem, electrical start stopped working. and it’s mileage is upto 65 kmpl only. so after all these problems I have contacted in showroom about that and then they says that I need to wait 7 days to change my battery and for mileage they told me that mileage is average and its coming upto 82 kmpl when my bike runs on highway. after 7 days they tell me to wait more days because battery was not availabel. and after a long time of 1 month, they have finally changed my battery and till now, bike’s mileage is upto only 65 kmpl. I have told them many times and contacted bajaj two-wheeler care but they doesn’t giving any satisfied answer. so I don’t like this bike.
