Its long but want to narrate the entire story of my horrible experience with BAJAJ ELECTRICALS.
Product - Food Processor Platini motor burned within a year on 6th Nov. I have called customer care for product pickup which happened after 3 follow-ups. Complaint no. 15741563. Finally picked up on 19th Nov almost 13days. Guy Mr. Bakash visited with no proper job card. He just wrote on the small piece of paper when we insisted. Till 9 days there was no clue but committed to giving back in 3days in case of parts not available.
I have to escalate to Mr. Sunil from Varthur Branch on 26th Nov who later on failed to serve and asked me to follow up with Mala whos the phone were switched off and lost 2-3days in chasing. wrote several messages requested her time to speak to me but shown arrogance attitude by not picking or not replying to my messages on whats app. Finally, I have escalated the matter to her boss Mr. Vinay ...another Mr. Vinay Prabhu who has not picked up my phone and then finally reached to Mr. Dilip. By this time all these guys stopped picking up my phone. I pleaded this team to give me either the new processor or at least give me back up but nothing went in their ears. Very sad to see govt office attitude from such a Pvt and renowned company. Now from 2nd Dec, it took 6 days to bring parts.
Finally, parts were in Bangalore and then starts another level of patience test for me. Till today I am waiting for my product to deliver. In a recent call, they have given another commitment to deliver tomorrow which is one of the several false commitment till date. God knows when will their tomorrow come true.

Dear Bajaj Customer, I would highly recommend not to buy any products of Bajaj, after sale service is way pathetic after so much of chasing it took 35+ days. They deserve ZERO rating.
They could have given me a new product or backup to buy time from me. But they showed their inability to serve a customer.
