This company I will rate worst customer caring unit and its food art product is really pathetic. I have purchased this product on 14th Aug 2014. With in 3 month this defective product showed its cheap quality. From last 15 days onward I have raised a complain(with complain no-6228618-1) that my product is not working. Once checking with customer care they are assigning it to Paul Brothers Kolkata. but as of now after several follow up still I dont have any clue about my product .
Shameless Bajaj people and shameless their customer care executives.
I strongly recommend better to buy a local food processor but dont go with this company .
