Matter of belief

Hi my husband bought induction cook last month but within 20 days it sensor didn’t work properly then I make a complaint and the service man name Sonu dealing with Nayagaon Chandigarh came to my house and do something with toothpaste and say everything is ok and after that he ask me for the bill which he didn’t tell me earlier that it is mandatory for warranty period service I told him right now I don’t know where it is because my husband bought it and he might kept it anywhere but not waiting for some time he was demanding for the service charges tell me that if you get it within one month I will give it back to you but on the same day I found the bill and told him that I got it but he didn’t come till now and always say that I will come I will come and make excuses everytime and sometimes switch off the phone too I am very much harrassed by a big brand company, s service man behaviour I am sending Bill and the note of the salesman that he given to me that if you get bill he will return back my money.I want some action from the company in this regard.its mine trust on company
