Liked the bike overall

All,

I have been using this bike for last four months. I am a proud owner. Except for the first 800kms, the bike has been giving me milaege of 60km per litre. I generally fill 3litres at a time and find it to last 175kms to 190kms. The look is as good as pulsar 180 and some times I feel this looks better than pulsar 180.

The issues I have found with this is the hard seats. I travel 35kms daily to and fro and I can feel the bottom ache immediately after alighting the bike for 2 to 3 minutes.

Changing the gear is Hercules task, as specially to go to neutral from 1st gear or 2nd gear. Every time I lift the lever from 1st gear, lever goes to 2nd grear and every time I press the lever from 2nd gear gets me to 1st gear. The neutral in the between is always missed. The one sided gear lever has made the task ever more tough. Gear lever where we can press from both side could have made life easier. Other minor faults I want to point out is the kick start lever, where we need to close the right side foot rest before using the kick start. This is minor because we don’t generally use kick start as automatic start is available.

Another minor fault that the light pass switch was un-necessary as there is high-beam low-bean switch right next to it.

I tried to change my seats for softer one, but haven’t yet found a right place in Bangalore. Don’t have choice with gear lever.

Still I recommend this bike because of its looks and light on pocket.
