My kind advice, after free service don’t ever try to give bike for showroom for any problem, because they only create problems and sometime they change the engine parts and you will end up with paying your valuable earned money.
About bike, I am using this bike from past one and half year, I haven’t face any serious problem, I enjoyed a lot during long journey. This new pulsar has a great cmfortness you never feel tiredness in long journey also.

Great comfortness, stylish look, smooth ride with great control
Good mileage 45+ km/ltr for 150cc category.
High level of pickup, it will cross 60 within 6-8 sec
4.Great Road grip, you never feel vibration if you cross 100km/hr and many more pros are there.

1.Make noise while changing the gear.
