Hi all, Ride ur new bike within the range of 60 kph for the first 4000 kms then heat up slowly going beyong 60 kph to 80 kph & above. by this riding conditions ur bike will give u more power/torque/pickup/mileage & age of the engine. the new Pulsar Dtsi is low in torque that is why it is making noises but I am pretty sure that after some time it will become silent & smooth. The main thing in a bike is the oil which you use. I recommend the castrol 20-50 engine oil for Pulsar 180 Dtsi, its not the mechanics who take care of the bike its the oil you use, it will make your bike smooth as ever whenever you drive, the oil will take care of everything like mileage and noise of the engine will be lower as well. am I right??? It is a super bike for india & by india. Ive been riding the Pulsar 180 since it was launched. It was the first bike from the showroom of hyderabad which my elder brother bought and believe me we drove it for more than 50000 kms in three years, we enjoyed every moment on this bike where ever we are riding it may be on highway or in the city. That bike is precious for us that is why we never sell it. Now again I bought another Pulsar 180 Dtsi (Black Styling) in February this year. I am really happy riding this absolute super bike of India. The best thing is the mileage, people said I will not get more than 45 kmpl but believe me I am getting above 50 kmpl. Moreover it depends on the riding conditions and habit for sure. Above all I am really happy riding it all day long. Rest in next. Take care while riding the bike. Be in control over the bike while riding. Safety first because someone will be waiting for you at home. good bye zubair kaif
