Fit and finish and built quality also leave a lot to be desired. The overall styling of new model is largely similar to the outgoing bike, except for the few changes to keep things fresh in the market. It comes equipped with a 230mm disc brake at the rear, which will help Bajaj to fix the model with ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) once the new safety norms come into effect. The new Pulsar 180 now gets a mono-tone paint-job instead of the dual-tone paintjob in the previous bike. It also gets new body decals, which is similar to the one offered with the 2017 Pulsar 220. Other changes include a blue back-lit display for the instrument cluster, new decals on the rim and revised seats cushion.
