I have a bike, pulsar 180 dtsi ug1. It has started giving problems lately.
I have changed the wheels(from spokes to mag wheels) and also changed the suspension.Other than that I have done full serivcing of bike(things related to engine, except gears and piston). The problem is that the bike vibrates alot and also the clutch plates worn off too fast. I have changed clutch plates 5 times this year(well I learned how to ride bike on this pulsar only).I am facing alot of false neutrals, gears get stuck and also the bike cant go above 100(in the 5th gear at 7.5k rpm it touched 100!)and also the bike wobbles at this speed. I have changed mechanic many times, I didnt like the serivce centre of bajaj(which is in malad, I stay in mumbai). They dont care to listen and reply as if I have problem with my bike and the bike is alright!
