It was year 2007 when the bajaj puksar 220 was launched and it is 2017 now this bike is a very dated bike and also it gets the fastest indian motorcycle but it has some isues after doing 20000 kms it vibrates and engine start up heating after doing 40000 kms it losses it speed upto 90 kms and it dated bike then also no more changes in looks and design it the updates are of colour skims it has a lot of quality issues like the switchgear losses the rear tail light always breaks and it has also oil leakage too the 220 motor also feels harshness when you drive in the redline and have also lot of vibrations on handlebar faring and footpeg the rear brakes ln pulsar 220 good but locks up quitely slow and also having no abs compared to tvs apache rtr 180 the main stand on it is position so low that it not only skripes while conering and it also touches big speed breaker if are riding with a pilion the mirrors are small in the 220 and position such a way that you cant see whats behind one of reason why 220 owners close the mirrors its price around 95000 which does not wroth the out dated bike by adding 5000 more you can buy a 200 ns which is having more power and best looks and having better quality than the pulsar 220 it has problens of braking and handling
