First Ride Review

Engine

149.5 CC 4 valve air cooling engine, develops 16.8 bhp @ 9500 rpm and has 5(1-down, 4 up) speed gear box. torque: 1.3kgm @7000 rpm.

Its designed for city ride & is good range model, the feature about this model of pulsar is its smoothness and power. Things are even better when it come to handling, its weight is lighter than the old pulsar by one kg. Suspension is good, the 240mm Discs looks little smaller, rear is a drum break 230mm. The difference comes in tyres, it uses narrow 80/100 X 17’| 110/80 X17’ tyres, the tyres has MRF grip and its really fine in the corners.

Verdict:

Feels lighter, very fine in the corners with really good suspension, better seating and handling when compared to the old 150 cc pulsar.
