Best in 150cc segment with some cons!!

I bought pulsar as150 in 2015 and I have recorded 15000 kilometers on it. I am happy with my bike till now. Without wasting any more time lets discuss its pros and cons, my review will be honest, simple and straight forward.

MILEAGE= 1) In city this bike will give you around 35 kmpl. 2) On highway around 40-42 kmpl. It also depends upon your riding style, I ride in a kind of rash way so I am giving you my views.

COMFORT= 1) Rider comfort is good, sitting angle is more upwards. Rider will not feel any back pain during long trips. 2) Pillion comfort is very poor. As you can see in picture that the pillion seat is raised upwards, because of that, the pillion cannot sit comfortably. In city only pillion can feel back pain and during speeding the pillion can also fall down due to strong acceleration( I have done this on my friend) so I can tell you that.

SPEED FUN:)= 1) In 150cc segment I can tell u guys that this bike is a BEAST! 2) Take any 150cc or 160cc bike except R15 this bike will beat them easily. I have raced with APACHE 160, FZ, FAZER, PULSAR 150, PULSAR 180, CB hornet. This bike can easily handle them as its power is more than them( power 17PS and 13NM torque) 3) The pickup is great and due to that the pillion can fall backwards too:) .

LOOKS= Looks are awesome. This bike seems like its 200cc or above segment. people always ask me is this 200cc or 250cc bike?

RELIABILITY= 1) As this is a bajaj the quality is above previous bajaj bikes but below rs200. 2) Fit and finish is not top notch but above average. 2) Till now it has never given me any problem. Get your machine serviced on time and it will run smoothly forever. NOW SOME CONS!

1) Bike is bit on the heavier side as compare to others.

2) Turning radius is more than other bikes of this segment so in traffic it can be a problem.

3) Fixed front light is problem sometime but its subjective. But the front low beam projector is awesome.

4) The height of the bike is more for an average person, persons of 6ft and above can ride this bike  easily. My friends with height of 5.8 to 5.10 had problems riding this bike as they could not touch their feet properly on ground.

SO GUYS THIS WAS THE REVIEW FROM ME ABOUT PULSAR AS150. I HOPE THIS WILL HELP YOU IN BUYING YOUR NEW BIKE!
