Bajaj pulsar dtsi (150 cc) BAD experience

I purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi from Fairdeal Bajaj(New Delhi) in Feb 2006.

I’ve done 30000 kms of Long rides in Himalayas and other parts and rest city riding in Delhi - total 65000 kms till date.

ENGINE OPENED 1st TIME

after the 1st service itself some strange sound started coming out of the engine. even after repeated complaints to the service center the noise remained the same. gradually it increased and after 35000 kms service centre wala suggested to leave the bike for few days.ENGINE OPENED 1st TIME

ENGINE OPENED 2nd TIME

one fine evening while going somewhere in Delhi suddenly a loud sound happened. Kick was jam. I took the bike to the nearest roadside mechanic who said the crank shaft has broken. Towed the bike to the service station. ENGINE OPENED 2nd time. 45000 kms

ENGINE OPENED 3rd TIME

I was returning from Uttarakhand, a short 800 kms ride. It was 2100 hrs, month was February. I just crossed Hapur and suddenly something happened to the bike in the middle of the highway and the engine stopped.my speed that time was around 85kmph.i tried a lot to get it start, but all in vain. Finally, loaded on a tempo and reached home at 0100 hrs next day. took to the service station. ENGINE OPENED 3rd TIME(50000kms)and changed the the crank shaft in extended warranty.

Now again engine has started creating strange sounds.

I am fed up of BAJAJ PULSAR
