I purchased New Bajaj 135 Pulsar in red colour on 24-11-2011 from Pushpa Sales Pvt. Ltd at price of Rs 63868/- with Acessories on Road & financed the same vide Loan No L2WLUCU01402249.
On 9-12-2011 when I started the Bike from my office to return home it once started and soon as one person sat on the back of the Motorcyle the engine suddenly gone off & since then the Kick beacame Jammed & Self start too did not worked, later I was constraint to leave the Bike at my Works and go to my home with some other conveyance, next day I got loaded the Bike in the Truck & dropped the same at Pushpa Sales Pvt Ltd. 7 way Road, Asha Apartment, Lucknow -226002.
Today on 13-12-2011 at 6.30 pm, after inspecting my Bike(not having Reg. No. yet) I found the Engine of the Bike was detached from the Bike, after enquiring about the same, I was told that the Photo was taken, the Engine has been taken & due to a single part - Ball Bearing of Crank - Part No - JE 531001 given by them could not be arranged, hence the Bike is kept on Hold.
Kindly let me know that only for single small Part replacing, needs the complete Engine detachment.
It is very much doubtful to me that for that, can this be possible to replace the complete Bike on Warrnaty Claim.
