I own the basic model 150 KickStart. The first thing is the
gearbox. Awesome smooth. Soft touch.

The designers put in a thoughful touch with the red side
stand down indicator, so u can have lesser broken legs ;-)

One of the lots-a-fuel-store bikes, it gives 18 l. main
tank plus 3l. reserve. Lesser visits to the pump. Mileage
isnt the most positive thing in any powerbike. I manage 40
- 45 KmpL with not-too-careful driving mostly on highways.
Which means at full tank I have ~900Km to go before I need
fuel :-)

Pickup is pretty good, and the bike can sustain over
100Kmph with ease on a decent road. Stable body with large
wheels gives u a good balance. With the kind of speed this
is necessary, as is a pair of good brakes. The front disk
brakes give you that safety. Quite a spacious bike, the
Pulsar is. Which means its very nice for a looooong ride
with your nearest one :-) Comfortable, fast, safe,
long-range (990Km!).

The true biker cant but also look at a bike. The Pulsar
is rather handsome :-). The bulging tank betrays the power
inside, and the engine sound reassures you that it aint no
weakling!

The buyer should doubtless understand that the Pulsar is a
heavy cat. 132 Kg unladen, 264 fully laden, AFAIK. Which
means that if u manage to skid, its a bit tough to recover.
But that would go for all power bikes, I suppose.

Overall, its a good buy for a power bike. At ~50K it isnt
the oh-so-expensive kind either. So, if u want to sail on
the road, and not worry abt refuelling, go for it!
