Bajaj Looses the War in Final Touch!

I purchased Pulsar 150 (Blue color) on the new year’s eve after exchanging Hero Honda Passion. The dealer was prompt and gave me the delivery within an hour after leaving Passion. Well, much has been written about this bike and I don’t want to review it here again. No doubt, it’s a power packed bull with moderate and consistent pickup, great styling.

The problem is with the finishing. Blue color seems great after having teflon coating (Only thing Bajaj service center will insist for!). I use to put an handbag on the tank while riding. It was never the case in Passion (Silver color) regarding color fading. In Pulsar 150, it faded in a day!

Another problem is about gear slipping. Hope, Bajaj will improve over it!

The most annoying part comes when you take an appointment from Bajaj Service Center for servicing, leave Pulsar 150 there at 8:30 AM, come back at 6:30 PM and you find the vehicle has been just washed and nothing else has been done except oil change! A lot of people have got similar experience like mine. I have serviced my vehicle twice, but every time, it was a lot mental problem for me! It seems that the reputation Bajaj wants to earn from Pulsar, it is completely going to be loosed by service centers.

Afterall, I am happy with the bike, with 55 kmplwhile riding at 85-95 kmph. Hope, you have already joined Pulsar Community or will join soon!
