I was using a Bajaj Chetak earlier which we sold. I brought the new UG - 4 Pulsar about 20 days back in Bangalore. Now, you can say that Im a humble Bajaj customer. hahahaha
Ive already clocked 650 kms in city. I went to service my vehicle in one of the service centers in Rajajinagar yesterday. I informed the supervisor that I had a creaking sound in the upper part of the tachometer (not in the tachometer though), the screws or bearings were not tightened properly. He said that they will look into it. Since this being the first service it is free.
They promised to deliver my bike at 16:00. I was there by 15:40, and they told me that my bike was ready, and need to pay a bill of 500 rs. I did ask them why are they charging me so much, for a engine oil change. Some how, they did convince me and I paid the money.
They delivered my bike in fine shape. It was well polished. I checked and discovered that the creaking sound which I mentioned to the supervisor was not dealt with. Is this the way Bajaj service the vehicle??
I really cannot understand the meaning of taking down the complaints of the customer when they take it for servicing.
Apart from this, my bike has gone a lot smoother, I hope theyve changed the engine oil. It has a long way to go. Ill update the review once, Ive completed 5000 kms.
Regards,
Arjun
