I first heard about the expt of Bajaj auto to put another spark plug into the pulsars cylinder 3 months before it was to be launched, and even before its launch I took a test drive of the vehicle through a close friend of mine.
I test drove the BAJAJ PULSAR 180 DTS-i and my initial reaction was that it is a good bike with an excellent pick up, good looks and a good experiment done wonderfully by BAJAJ coz indian automobile manufacturers are never given credit for anything.
The top speed is 128.9kmph, mileage is rund 40-45kmpl, but the main reason wh KARIZMA is better than this bike although theDTS-i has a higher top speed is in STABILITY. I touched rund 120 kmph on this bike and that speed the bike’s rear felt as if it was gonna be torn apart. But still I give full credit to BAJAJ AUTO and would recommend this bike. Now I heard that the DTS-i technology is being given to the BAJAJ SAFFIRE. Hopefully it shall also be a success.
