After a long time I have come back with my review on BAJAJ PULSAR. As per the requests of
readers i’ll be comparing bajaj pulsar with honda unicorn.Pulsar’s ride quality is much better then the honda unicorn. It consists of gas shocks which improve the ride quality of vehicle, whereas honda with its monoshock suspension scores less on riding comfort.Honda unicorn(Rs. 50, 000 approx), Pulsar(52000 approx).top speed of unicorn is 113 kph and of pulsar is 120 KPh.Curved and sharp corners of Pulsar looks better than Unicorn’s traditional look.Palm position of pulsar is inferior as compared to honda.Pulsar manage 50kpl in the city and 53kpl on the highways, while the Unicorn give 45kpl in the city and 50kpl on the highway. The Pulsar fits rider into a sporty riding position with its low handlebars. However it can be adjusted.The previous pulsar 150 used higher bars but future pulsars will have lower handlebars. Elder people might not be comfortable with its riding position. Instead they wd like unicorn’s riding position. Both the bikes are equivalent on their grip on road and balance.The Pulsar has equipped withsix-spoke alloy wheels. It also offers good suspension thereby ensuring a good ride without making the bike uncomfortably tall. Bajaj pulsar on an average can be resaled for Rs.35000(after 1 year).Finally, Pulsar wins the race against Unicorn.It outperforms unicorn in every department except the HONDA brand.Bajaj team has proved itself by DTSI technology in fuel efficiency, Continuous improvements over look is one more area that BAJAJ has worked alot, Unicorn with its CBZ like look and a lesser fuel efficiency loses the battle from its competitor PULSAR 150. My Choice in this segment is bajaj pulsar 150.
