I bought my Pulsar 150 about four months ago...I has done nearly 4500 kilometres now and it is a good time to talk about what it can and cannot do...I was totally smitten when I first test drove a pulsar...But the first drive of the pulsar I bought was not as satisfying as the first ever drive...That is not to say my bike is not good...It is very very good....I love the raw power that vibrates under me as I flick the throttle and see it shoot up to a steady 105 Kmph....I have never had the nerve to race past that and it would involving red-lining the engine to 9000 rpm....the very thought scares me!
The best parts of the pulsar is the power, mileage, animal looks and of course the back seat...just so designed to make sure your girlfriend has to hold on to you :-)!
Definitely male...
The worst parts are the electricals and build quality...not a patch on Honda bikes....or even crappy Hero Honda bikes....I have had a recurring cases of a blown horn...so much so that I have decided not to fix the horn. I am more of a silent killer these days...
But I can live that...When I see poor sods burn up with envy as I roar past them I am in heaven! And I still get a worst case mileage of 55 kmpl all traffic snarls inclusive!
