The bike had an excellent pick up , a disk brake which really was best ONLY when you know how to use it. Many people seemed to complain about the disk brake , but I found out that it was their fault that they met with an accident because of disc brake and not the bike’s fault , they used it like a drum brake in many cases and of course whenever that will happen it will invite trouble.
My next bike was 150 Dtsi Spoke wheel model :-
This bike was very impressive with the Head which really looked like wolf eyes , and I remember taking the bike to my native place and was just impressed by the beautiful descriptions people gave me about it, one of the the visible differences was in the silencer , but to be frank I liked the old silencer which looked very strong and was strong truly as compared to the new one.
Then I owned a Pulsar 150 Black with Magwheels :-
This one was truly an impressive bike to be frank.
People just asked me about the bike and wanted to take a ride when they saw it , the best thing about the bike was the mudguard above the tyres which looked something unique compared to other bikes in the segment , and it felt that Bajaj has just got hold of the segment completely.
Of course not to forget the Engine smoothness , it was something which could only impress you more, smooth and fuel efficient at the same time, dont forget the exhaustec silencer for that matter.
Then came the 200 , the black engine the black body and the looks to kill :-
When I bought this bike , I was very happy at my decision , the Engine was more smoother than the other Pulsar models , the looks were of a typical sport bike when see at once , and the last thing that someone could imagine was the fact that this could be an Indian bike.
The unique fact about Pulsar 200 when it was introduced in the market was the removal of the kick start facility , this was probably done to make the bike look more sporty and a to make a modern bike appeal.
