If any of you are thinking of buying a Bajaj product, Think
Twice and after thinking also do not go for it. Because I have sufferred and
suffering
because I purchased the third class brand i.e. BAJAJ.
Well I bought this vehicle for Rs. 35, 000 in May 2001 for my
wife. At that time ACTIVA was launched but I thought that Bajaj is producing
the vehicles for many years, so this vehicle must be good.
. There I was wrong. Initially the usage of vehicle was very
less. But the real trouble started when I started using the vehicle on regular
basis.
After every 400 Km of running, the rear wheel use to get
loose. I had to go to the Repairer for just get the bolt tightened. After that
the rear wheel drum and Axel got replaced. Again after one year,
the same thing happened and rear wheel drum and axel was
changed. The vehicle is getting neutral on the road. I ALSO GOT REPALCED THE
CLUTCH PLATES ALSO BUT PROBLEM IS STILL THERE. There are lot of problems to
narrate but would be difficult to upload on the site. Now before ten days, the
chassis of the vehicle got broken. **I
have never heard of the broken chassis in such a short period of 7 years of any
other brand in the two wheeler segment. Even luna use to run for 20 years with
out breakage of chassis.*
You see the quality of the parts bajaj is providing to the
customers.
Actually they do not know how to even design the two
wheeler. Initially, they produced it with only one jumper. after that somebody
gave him wisdom and
they introduced new model with two jumpers. They are just
cheating the customers by introducing new models and once if the model gets
failed, they immediately
replace it with new one and old customers wanders here and
there for spares . If they are available in the market then they are so costly
that you got to think twice before replacing, but no option. You compare the quality
of the vehicle of Bajaj and that of Hero Honda.
I am also using the Splendor since 2000 but I could not find
even a single occasion to complaint about it. So, in my opinion, Bajaj vehicles
should not be purchased when other options are available in the market.
They even do not know how to design a two wheeler and they are dreaming to compete with TATA in
four wheeler segment who is pioneer of MOTOR industry in INDIA.
I also have two friends who have these two bikes and they
also have similar complaints.
One of them got rid of this bike and got a Yamaha
Enticer(lucky b), the other is
unlucky like me, stuck with this crap.
