WAVE is my first own non-geared scooter. I bought it around 2 months ago... it was pretty amazing. The handling was superb, and the mileage was great... I got 45 kmpl right from day one (in Pune city conditions)... and with using fuels like ’’Power’’ and ’’Speed’’ it tends to go beyond that. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the looks as well.

When you drive it, it does not feel like a non-geared scooter like Scooty Pep; you can actually feel the engine sound changing with speed, which goes to show that automatic transmission is at work.

The only drawback is the advertising part of it... since a female model is used, it gives the impression that it is meant more for the women market segment, but actually it is not so. It is quite a powerful scooter- with 110 c.c. it has got more power than Activa and Dio.... and gives better mileage than the two.

The other drawback I faced was that the headlamp is a bit less bright than what one may want it to be...

But apart from that... it’s a great scooter... I’d definitely recommend everyone who reads this article to give it a test ride at least...
