I bought WAVE on a dussera day in October’2005. I have had no problems with the vehicle.
Follow strictly what is given in the manual. Do not deviate from it. Handle it smoothly you will be successful. If you are speed crazy to ride with high speeds on rough roads the moment you have a vehicle in your hand, not following the manual rules, then this is not the one.
Hope Bajaj will look after to strengthen the front shock absorber and providing a stepney with additional cost may be, in their next production and also importantly the price factor which should not be increased every now and then.
UPDATED ON 3.1.2006 : No problems whatsoever. December/January cold mornings need two or three times to self start only once in the mornings. Average after 4 fillings of 4 litres each time since 1st service has given consistently 50KMPL on all the 4 occasions.
UPDATED ON 14.2.2006 : No problems reported when given for 2nd service. No problems after 2nd service is done. Average remains same.
UPDATED ON 01.06.2006 : No problems reported when given for 3rd service. No problems after 3rd service is done. Average remains same.
