Title : Wind boggling
Review : I am a student of BE II year . I used to drive a kinetic Honda previously owned by my sister. So obviously I wanted a bike.
Ok this was easy but then came the big problem , as with all i.e. which bike to buy. I daily used to take test rides of different bikes and daily used to get more confused . I wasted almost two weeks on just thinking about which bike to purchase(2weeks do matter).
The final list was Splendor plus , passion plus (i dont know what the hell this plus means as there was no difference except a coloured strip) pulsar150, Ambition and the mighty WINDDDDDDDD125.
I was hesitant to buy a bajaj bike as honda bikes are rated better.
Splendor is just too common. moreover it doesnt look like a bike it is more of a goat(BAKRI) in this market of bikes(at least in looks)
Passion was fine , it looked good BUT the power factor came in and I rejected it. Pulsar I think has become too common and is a bit more heavy.BUT I did not like its Fatty fatty tank.
ambition is a giant. too long to high with a horrible terrible....... front look.
Finally I drove wind and then I had no confusion about anything,
IT was just TOO GOOD. THANK GOD I just got the right bike MY WIND.
WHAT A BIKE. The pick-up , the sleek looks, the mileage , the MUCH NEEDED POWER. It gives a mileage of 55-60 on road (really)+ it gives u the power that u need on places like traffic red lights and other stoppages. It leaves all those freedoms splendors passions way behind . The victors are compelled to be losers. This is the magic of this bike.
Bajaj has come up really with a great bike. You just have to lose 10 (not even 10, as splendor gives average of around 65-70)km per litre but u get the power.
IF you need fuel efficiency choices are splendor and passion(plus)
power choices are pulsar and CBZ and Karizmaa (if u can afford)
fuel efficiency + power THE RIGHT CHOICE IS THE WIND BIKE
