This is my second review for Wind125----U see I had to write it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway, in perspective I am ecstatic I bought this bike. After about 2500 Kms. the Bike’s performance seems to have gone up and is still going up, up , up.........
However, there is still the problem with spares even with Service Centres such as Sai Station in Pune and this is irritating - Bajaj should QUICKLY look into this problem and rectify it. I was recently in a situation where the Disc brakes were the only ones between me a very painful xperience..... riding at abt. 75-80 the bike halted in an instant. .the fault was mine ...but the performance is such that u dont feel like riding below 60 in any case...............
I shudder to think what wud have happened in any other bike.
Anyway, I am getting abt. 55 which maybe due to my Riding habits. Anyway, its much better than what my friend(who bought a Fiero F2 --my other choice...is getting 45-50 ...)
The bike has just been thru. its second servicing and the mechanics have said that the Mileage is gonna improve.
Will keep this place updated..... Keep watching this space.........

Hi,
I have recently bought a Kawasaki Wind-125 Disc brake version. It was a tough decision with so many bikes around but ultimately Wind won by its virtue of being the most advanced bike in its category!!!!
Kawasaki have really worked on this beauty and the end result is there for all to see!!!
The power to weight ratio, mileage , looks , handling .....this bike is a notch above all the rest. It gives me aoune 60 kms./l In pune which is not bad considering the kind of traffic situations we face over here. The bike hadles like a dream, powerful and yet so nimble!! It actually fill in a long need to make other manufacturers realise as to what an actual bike is.No wonder Bajaj is beating its competitors hands down when it come sto capturing market share.Kudos to the whole bajaj kawasaki team for such a marvellous product.
The bike is a pleasure to ride with comfortable seating and very pleasing aesthetics.
highly recommended for both normal commuting and pleasure rides.
