Update after 4th service

Update After 4th service:

I just had my Bike serviced at satara rd workshop, it was a fourth service.

As usual the milage reduced after service, from 49 to 43 (it reduced with almost same rate from first servicing) and when I got it checked in milage test..... whopping 73kmpl.... now what is this?

Same person ... same Bike... same riding style... and milage reduces after each service...and now   when u get it checked it gives 7.3km in 100ml.

Lets see if something new comes up with this machine...but yes one thing is sure....

IT IS RIDING PLEASURE

I purchased Bajaj wind 125, at Wakdewadi Company Showroom and thought service will be great but it is , for sure, worst service. My mileage was 55/ltr before service and after 1st service it reduced to 50. After series of complaints and a brief tuning by service in charge it further reduced to 45 and definitely pickup is not that good to get so less mileage.

Now added to that it gives starting trouble.

About service station, they don’t have staff to work for you so for small problems one end up waiting for 1-1.5 hrs and then they add new problem.

About bike, it looks good but that is the only better part of that, for the pickup of 10.8 bhp and so claimed top speed of 105, the mileage is very less.

Moreover consistency with this bike seems very less and generally everyone has 2-3 new problems to whom I contacted.

at service station they generally concentrate very less at problems and always put less staff problem without any solution so one end up keeping bike for 2-3 days and get new problems which to solve (and get new ones) will take another one week.

So think thrice before purchasing the most inconsistent bike with worst service support one can have.

UPDATE :

Friends I tried to ride my bike below 3k RPM and it gave me mileage of 63kmpl... but it never happened again...and even at 3500RPM mileage drops drastically to 52kmpl....

Yes the same company gives DTSI...which has got lot better consistency....I wonder why they keep so much quality difference.....

One More thing....The pickup is good and so I will suggest...those who bought this or don’t want to buy DTSI.... take it as power bike(may be just 10.8hp) and enjoy instead of thinking of mileage.

:)..... Enjoy Life..... as my friend at Wakadewadi always says...:
