Wind 125 is really very good and I have now run it for 5000Km.
The good things are its performance and speed. I have observed that is very good when you run it alone but once you run it through a pillion driver then the performance degrades a lot as compared to some other bikes. Also the economy falls after the second service. I was getting 60km/ltr when it was new in city conditions which degraded to 56 km/ltr now.
Quality wise really superb...the gear pattern is very good and I like the way it is similar to many other bikes.
One thing that I have observed with this bike is that the sound it makes while riding is soothing. Actually the silent chain concept implemented by bajaj is tremendous. You can feel the real engine noise riding Wind.
The pickup is god when driving alone. I have got the max speed of 105 on the Mumbai Pune highway but getting to 80+ is no hassles at all.
Style wise I would say that it is best suited for a professional or a descent look. The seat and the fuel tank is marvelously crafted. It really gives a nice impression.
