This is siddharth from pune... only recently I purchased the bike. b4 purchasing this bike I had read all the reviews about this bike in mouthshut. Which gave me a bit confusion abt whether I should go 4 this bike or not.... but still I asked one of my frnds who had recently purchased the bike.. he said he doesn’t have any problems.... so I went ahead and purchased the bike... and this is the following points which I noticed....
*Pros:
Good looks... This bike is the most stuning in it’s segment.....
Features.... It has got digital speedometer, electric start...again the only bike offering this features in such a low price....
3.Ride Comfort... This bike has got the best riding comfort in it’s segment.. I have driven pulsar, apache... but it’s comfort is mch better than the rest.
4.Price... It is suitably priced in it’s segment..infact I would say with it’s features it is priced far less...Honda shine with these features prices around 55000/- whereas XCD cost me around 46500 in pune.
*Cons:
1.If u are expecting a fine performance from it.. u will be a little disappointed... this bike goes to around 70 easily but after that it isnt tht much smooth. But still is is’nt made to be a performance oriented. Still I would say it gives a good performance in it’s segment.
2.Don’t expect the mileage to be around 90 to 100 with 1st and 2nd servicing it gives a mileage around 75-80km...
And now I have read a few reviews in mouthshut only about this bike that it gives a strange sound when drvoe around 35-40 I did’nt experienced such a problem, the rear tyres also doesn’t wobbles if you drive around 60 km/hr.Regarding digital console giving faulty indication regarding fuel I think it changes according to the speed and the way you are driving. Which is correct.
Rest all.. I think it’s quite a good bike in it’s segment.... and you should go 4 it.
