Bakasur! We all were really excited about this new restaurant opening close to office. Nice add, nice logo. We were waiting for it to open. But the experience was "Naam bade aur darshan chote"
Pathetic place! My rating, One star! I wish there was a half star rating. I took a client to this place for lunch. Pathetic ambiance, hot, full of house flies and disgusting service.
Oh! I hated this place so much that I will never ever go back again. I tried finding something, atleast something nice. But None. Seriously None! I couldn’t find anything good about this place. Let me start one by one
Ambiance - May be nice for dinner. But don’t go there for lunch. It’s Hot, full of house flies and very noisy
Furniture - Uncomfortable! tables are so big that with so much noise you really have to shout to hear each other
Food - Average. Not worth the price. No variety. Gobhi for snacks and gobhi for gravy. Hardy any variety of desserts. ice cream was melted and Gulab Jamuns were cold. I will not even pay 250 for this food.
Price- Expensive. Citrus serves better food at cheaper price
Service - This was worst. We had to ask 10 times for the menu. They don’t serve ala-carte for lunch. You won’t get anything but that sick buffet. Rotis took ages to come. We had to beg to get the bill. And the waiters had so much attitude as if they are doing a favor by serving us.
Seriously, I will never go there again. Don’t waste your money at Bakasur. And never ever take a client there. Bakasur made my India looks so dirty. We kept shooing houseflies away.
