I ordered a cake for my sister’s birthday, and the service of cakes n more spoiled all my surprise.
I ordered a cake place in which I selected the delivery option midnight.
I wanted to surprise my sister; therefore, I have selected this option. In addition, they were charged an additional 100 rupees I did not care because I was giving the cake at midnight.
However, the delivery boy called me at night and said he’s coming in the next half hour to deliver the cake.
I was surprised and told him I asked for delivery midnight; therefore, please deliver it during that time, because it is a surprise.
I said they did not t deliveries at midnight as the store closes at 9:00. He had a great argument that place gave me the option midnight, and select that for which I paid extra money.
Then, I called the office as well and mentioned that do not deliver at midnight; therefore, we will refund the money next week.
Horrible service, and I’m never going to this bakery again.
