Bakingo delivered my daughter’s 5th birthday party cake in damaged condition. My whole party got ruined as everyone was saying please cut the cake as it’s already lopsided from one side and will not be able to withstand any more. It was an embarrassing situation with around 70 plus guests. Initially Bakingo was allowing only 25% refund however with repeated reminder of entire refund and compensation for ruining the party, they have refunded us all the amount and compensation is still due. Request all to clear the queries about the cake condition post delivery while placing the order so that you should not have the same embarrassing situation as we had with Bakingo.
