We booked a car movement from Bhopal to Bangalore from above Transporter and he agreed to pick the car the same day and promised to deliver to our doorstep on 5th day. As promised, he delivered the car on 5th Day morning. We were quite impressed with its service. But here comes the interesting part. We found out that these buggers drove it down from Bhopal to Bangalore instead of sending it through a carrier as mentioned while taking the booking.
Loss- 1500 KM running of my vehicle. I could have got it by drive if I wanted to, with half the price he charged. Cheated us by saying something else while taking booking and delivering otherwise.
While they advertise by saying that they move your car through carrier or a lorry, they actually drive it and deliver.
