Balaji telefilms has got all the saas bahu - extra marital affairs, single guy or gal gettin married atleast five times, children gettin their parents remarried, females all stud in jewellery and tacky sarees, and all the man dealin in just crores of bzness and ransom too, grand pa and grand ma’s who r nearly immortal!!!
well they r not only dipicting fake indian culture but also midleadin the youth as well as the home makers by dipicting totally fictitious culture, values and traditions. They are also arousing the negative traits in the minds of the viewers.
But at times the telecasts do showcase the festivals and the celebrations which is desireable as this wud propogate INDIAN culture and its way of celebrating life.
On the other hand the serials are real long lasting ones with the stories taking unpredictable twists n turns and characters which are larger than life showing them as dead and suddenly returning after fighting death n emerging as heroic survivor with the memory lost.
well but still the serials are doing well and goind up the charts...........and as it has been said that in business whatever tht sells is superhit.......so three cheers to EKTA for being able to sells even such kinda stuff! bingO!
