Balaji Wafers is a good name in the field of wafers and namkeen section. Please let me allow to express my personal opinion about Balaji Wafers:
1) As we are jain we are eating banana wafers, it comes in two flavors with peper and with red chilly powder. They are using more peper in peper banana wafers so, it becomes more spicy.
2) When you open packet of wafers, there are only some pieces of wafters, reamining is just a crush of wafers, so it is very difficult to take out and eat.
3) Quanity is again a same issue as in other company’s product. There is more air and less quantity of product.
4) there are many other products also like mung dal, peanuts, chana dal, sing bhujiya, masala sing, these products are of good quality except sing bhujiya which is again with excess pepper powder.
5) Packaging is traditional and not tempting and attractive.
6) One plus point is its affordable prizing.
7) The company is not innovative, and follows standard practice of production and marketing and doesn’t come out with new product, new schemes, discounts etc for customers.
