The serial is an eye opener. Hardly the people in cities know that the evil of child marriage is still prevalent in our society with lakhs and lakhs such marriages taking place every year. Innocent girls are still being pushed to wedlock without knowing anything about married life. These little girls are at the mercy of their in-laws, may be good or bad.
In this specific serial, it is painful to see that the father- in law and mother- in law, despite loving their daughter-in law, watch the cruelty of grandma helplessly.
The role played by each and every artist in the serial is very nice. Very particulaly, the little Anandi has done a marvellous role.
I started watching the serial after missing lot of initial episodes and regret for having missed the same for such a long time. Wish these missed episodes are re-telecast. The serial deserves the top most award of the nation.
