Hello friends , I would like to share my views about Baltra electric kettle . This the lifeline for the students as we can make the tea , boil the eggs into it. So, I also brought one for me when I was in the hostel , to boil eggs . It costs nearly about 2000 rupees to me. In the starting it responded very well but after few weeks it started creating problem. Firstly the led light which is there has melted and after few days it was not heating up. So I got it checked up then after few days where the joins of the wire was with the kettle there it melted . One day after repairing its led again burst out . One day my friend got a electric shock from it also . I consumes very much electricity and need high voltage also due to which our MCB fallen many a times. There consumer service is also not very good. I called them and told the condition of the product then they ignored that the external damage has no warranty. I think it is not safe to use and if you are using then please avoid it aur you will see yourself always in the repairing shop.
