Well..so it was that we decided to go to Bamboo House for a lil get together...just 5 of us and the trouble started from the moment we entered the place...
The place has two sections not seperated by a partition but by an invisible boundary...on one side u have the gus with the drinks and onthe other side u have the family section...i had never seen such a thing...no partition yet a differentiation...how does it make sense????
The food was ordered ....and we waited and waited for 40 mins and wen we got a bit angry the waiters reply was...’’ sir time lagta hai...rush hai..’’ as if it was the only restaurent that ran at full capacity !!!
Finally the food came..well the starte did taste well but otherwise everything else was just normal....
It was an utter dissapoinment to see indian enterprises taking for granted the high demand ...there is absolutely no CRM initiative from anyone and I as an mba student gave them a fair bit of my mind and so did a couple of other batch mates of mine who visited the place ....
My verdict ....there are better places in pune for ur buck....after all a Dinner is not about food but also the experience...
