As a student of BHU, I am always swayed by two contradictory feelings: satisfaction in its interior environment, disgust for local illiteracy which affects us whenever we come out of campus.Though, competitively, its science faculties are mostly famous, each and every faculty is given prime importance.As a central university, it provides a lot of facilities to its students.Students across the globe assemble here in this’capital of knowledge’ .The most prestigious is its biggest Central Library in India with ample academic resources. The university could have grown more prestigious, had it be banned for local public. Students suffer from a sense of insecurity only for the unprecedented public use of the campus. Overall, from academic point of view, the university is praiseworthy.But, its weather seems heavy for students not belonging to North India.
