Banasura Sagar dam which is located district Wayanad is a very spectacular place here in the God’s own country Kerala. From the kalpeta stand which is one of the famous place in Wayanad district we can travel to banasura Sagar dam very easily.
If we are taking a bus we have to take a padinjarethara bus. If we are travelling then we have to take a left turn from junction in kalpatta. From padinjarethara bus stand we have to travel about 2 - 3 kilometres. We can take out of understand we can walk if we like. From the entrance we have to take ticket and we have to enter the place. We have to work a little bit to the top of the Dam. Place is very beautiful and filled of people. People around the world come here for visiting.
I went with my friends and I had a lot of fun there. Dehradun so many rides and all were children can play. the best portion of the place whatever many trees around and swings where made. which was very beautiful and you can simply calmly sit and enjoy the scene around. I really enjoyed the place. Well if you want a rrally calm and natural place to relax then this is a really good option. I would recommend you all to visit this place. This is really very beautifull and calm place. You all are going to love this place a lot.
