Hello friends, I am a field officer of bandhan bank. my starting sallary was 9700/- but in hand I got 9252/- . my joining date was 16/10/2017. every year ending we get a huge amount on basis of our performance. there was no time limit in this job.from morning 7am till night 11pm continuously we work. everyday we collect money from different group. every day there was minimam four groups per staff. from 8-9, 9-10, 10-11, 11-12 am we compleete our all groups collection. after coming from field if we get time then we become fress and then sit at office for loan distrbution our client. till 6pm it will process. after 6 pm we have huge pending work which we compleete till 11pm. there is no rest in this job. here is promotion only but duty time is never less. so friends if you are a hard worker, and you want to make it permanent in your life then it for you a good carrier choice.

hard work.
no rest, whole day work, no time limit.
its a risky job because all time we carry with us a huge amount like 2 lakhs to 3lakhs.
mentaly presser increase.
job posting huge away from home.
acording to bank rulles saturday half day duty but here is full day duty. so only sunday you can rest. but if the posting area become very far from home then you can’t go home.
