New Bank so good opportunities are there. Good branch network. Work life balance is there so far. It has good market presence in East India.
Poor support from management. Urban people do not treat this as a bank and still works like a micro finance company .as of I was working field level and that time lost people attaraction in village . I was very happy and I proud to our organization .
