I would like to write a review about this bank. This is not at all a popular bank. I joined an account in this bank because of my one relative. She is working in this bank.
But for me it was not a good experience from this bank. For get an account itself it took more than one month. Their service is very bad and not helpful. This bank is not giving loan to the people.
For my son I tried to get loan from this bank. I submitted our all documents for validation. But without any reasons they rejected it. Many customers faced the same problem form this bank.
They are making customers for only the purpose for depositing money. I got the Atm from this bank. But its services are very limited and sometimes won’t get money from the machine.
This bank’s atm machine is very less and only available at near to these banks. So not safe for using Atm card. Here there is no phone banking facilities.
Internet banking is there. But it is very difficult to use this. The options and features are very less and taking more time to load this site. Better not to start any account for Internet banking. For each transactions they are charging more.
Customer service is poor. If we trying to contact to their bank through Phone, they will always cut the phone or divert to any other persons.
So I am not satisfied with this bank and not interested to continue here.
