Friends, Today I want to share my own experience about Bandhan Bank.I have an account in this bank in Biharsharif.This bank is situated in Ramchandrapur near bus stand.
Phone Banking- Friends, As we all know that this is a new bank so there need some improvement in it’s phone banking.
ATM Availability- Friends, this is a private bank and new bank.There is not any ATM in biharsharif.If you want to withdrawal some amount then you have to use other banks’ ATM.
Internet Banking- It’s internet banking is worst.Never try for internet banking otherwise you paid for this.If you use it’s internet banking then your amount deducted but you get nothing.
Customer Service- Friends, This bank has few staffs and all are showing that they are busy.I think they haven’t get propet training how to behave with customers.
