We stayed in Bandipur tiger reserve for a night. The overall stay was average. There are many cottages available for staying there. We stayed in vanashri which is very near to the common dining hall.
The ambience of the tiger reserve was very good. You will see a lot of animals(deer, Wild boars) in the morning sitting outside your room.
The rooms wasn’t that good. The bed sheets looked like they were not washed for months. No towels were provided(though they gave after we complained about it). Rooms had seepage with water dropping from roof.
There is only one place to eat and they serve only south Indian meals. You may want to take along some eatery. Choose a room which is near to dinning hall as it becomes very dark and there are no common lights in the area.
