The recipes for the food is a figment of the food caterers imagination and generally the sauces all taste the same.
The tongue chilly fry for instance is usually bad cuts of beef, but the caterering staff speak like the customers are some homeless people tasting food for the first time. The alcohol is fake and spurious and gives you headaches and nausea for days later.
When I complained to the food caterer, he said I better eat what I’m served quietly and pay, no option! He kept security around me and my family and kids for the rest of the evening. There is no one to pull up the caterer either. We regularly get gastroenteritis and huge medical bills after eating here. Used to be regulars, not anymore.
