Hello guys, I visited bangalore fetal medicine center for 2 trimester and decided not to go for 3rd trimester
they never do the scan as per appointment timing, make you wait for long time, so there is point is taking appointment.
the receptionist never communicate properly about when is our turn
the receptionist(Anitha) behavior is not professional, we have done NIPT test through them they said they will inform the report status through phone, but when we called to know the status the receptionist just disconnecting the call knowing our number, continuous 3 days she did this, this is not the way they respond as if they providing free services.
my request to the BFMC if you wants to improve your quality of services please teach your staff how to behave with the customers or change them
