I recently engaged with Bangalore Institute of Oncology other name HCG for my relatives Breast Cancer treatment. Hospital is very good. Its old doesn’t have a look and feel of new hospitals but maintained very well. You will not experience smell in hospital inside and patient rooms maintain very clean.
Nurses are good and co-operative with a smile on face.
Dr. K S Gopinath [Senior Oncologist]. He is a brilliant doctor and has got more that 25-30 yrs experience in the same field. He has honored with "Padmshree" award of India Govt. and well known personality in Cancer social society. He works with HCG hospital.
You can meet to Dr. Swami [Associate doctor to Dr. K S Gopinath]. He is also well experienced doctor. He works with K S Gopinath and seats at HCG hospital which is located at Rajaram Mohan Rai hospital or you can see them in Bangalore Institute of Oncology which is near to Richmond flyover, K H Road.
Treatment expenses are not cheap but worth every penny spend. If you have insurance then billing section help you out.
I did not see there mentality of fleecing patient for unnecessary tests or overstay in hospital.
